Ingredients:
  • Approximately 2 ½ litres of lager

  • 6 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Approximately 400g mixed mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 Shot wine vinegar
  • pepper and salt

Preparation:

To prepare the beef should be cut it into about 3 cm cubes. Then heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry shortly. Then put the roast into an ovenproof dish.
