Lightning roulades

Ingredients:
  • 375g mozzarella
  • 750g minced pork
  • 12 thin pork cutlet
  • 150 g tomatoes into strips, dried
  • 9 onions
  • 450 ml broth
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 6 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 450 ml white wine
  • 10 El parsley
  • 6 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

To begin place the minced pork into a bowl. Cut the mozzarella into cubes, then add to the pork. To the same with the dried tomatoes and the tomato paste.

Wash the schnitzel and pat dry with a paper towel, then batter the meat. When this is done get the pork and spread it evenly over the schnitzel. Then roll them up and close with a toothpick.

Now chop the garlic coarsely and cut the onions into slices.

Heat up some oil and put the schnitzel rolls in, fry them briefly. Then remove them and fry the garlic and onions instead. Fry until light brown. Stir constantly. The add the paprika and pour in the broth and white wine.

Put the schnitzel rolls back into the pan, close the lids and simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with a lot of parsley before serving.

Mashed potatoes with brown butter are an excellent side dish to this meal.
