A hearty pasta dish

Ingredients:
  • 6 medium onions (chopped)
  • 900g sliced mushrooms
  • 900g carrots, sliced
  • 750g pasta
  • 900g scalded sausage
  • 150g diced bacon
  • 3 cup cream
  • 750ml broth
  • 300g frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 6 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1.5 sprig of parsley

Preparation:

Cook the noodles in salt water until they are done. Heat the oil in a big pan. Add the sausage mass as little meatballs pan and fry until golden brown. When done, remove the meatballs from the stove and keep warm. Fry the onions and bacon in the remaining fat, then add carrots and mushrooms. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. And fry a little longer. Now mix broth and sour cream. Add the peas and meatballs and fry for another 10 minutes. Stir in the sauce binder and bring it all to a boil. Add the noodles to the sauce and heat all up once again. If needed season again. Put the parsley on top and serve.
