Noodle pan

Category: Lunch
Sub-Category: Pasta
Difficulty/Costs: normal/moderate
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 800-gram pasta
  • 8 litres of water with oil and salt
  • 200 ml oil
  • 4 large onions
  • 200 g bacon
  • 8 smoked pork sausage spread
  • 8 fresh pork sausage spread
  • 16 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Ketchup to taste

Preparation:

First, put a pot with sufficient water on the stove, then add oil and salt and when boiling, cook the pasta in it. It is up to you, which kind of pasta you use or what is available at the given time. While the noodles are cooking, cut the onions into cubes and put them into a bowl. Cut the bacon into cubes but slice the sausages. As soon as the noodles are done, remove the water but leave the noodles in the pot. Now, after you have made all the preparations, heat one or more pans respectively. Put in the bacon first, then the onions and sausage. Fry it until everything is nice and brown. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder; then add the noodles. Fry until the noodles are brown. Then put the eggs in the form of fried eggs on the sausages, onion and noodles. Alternatively, you can beat the eggs and put it over it all. Season it one last time and serve with salad.
