Noodles in yogurt with minced meat

Ingredients:
  • 1.500g minced meat
  • 1.500g noodles
  • 1.500g yogurt
  • 1.5 garlic bulbs
  • 12 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Preparation:

Peel the onions and dice finely. Put it in a large pan together with the minced meat. Skin the onion by cutting the skin crosswise and add the tomatoes to the hot water. This way the onions can be removed easier. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice them. Put the tomatoes into the mixture of mince and onion and continue to fry. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water. Press the garlic and add to the yoghurt. Mix After draining mix the sauce with the yoghurt. Put the mixture with the minced in a bowl and distribute the pasta evenly. Fry the paprika in butter and add to the pasta. Possibly cut two tomatoes and parsley finely for garnish at the end.
