Pasta with varies tomato sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg of pasta (or spaghetti - optional)
  • 12 Pack. Tomato puree
  • 6 Pack. Tomato pizza
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons oregano
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 3 tablespoons basil
  • Some sugar to emphasise the taste of tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Parmesan

Preparation:

Put 4 tbsp. of olive oil into a large pot and heat it up. Then add the pizza tomatoes, the tomato puree and bring it to the boil. Last, add the herbs and bring it once more to the boil. In the meantime, bring a pot of slightly salted water to the boil and cook the paste until soft. Fresh herbs taste incredibly great, especially with this kind of sauces. However, you can also use freeze-dried products. The taste well too and the quality is not too bad. Now create a tomato sauce as described above. If you like, you can enhance the taste with some red wine. If you let it boil for a little while, the alcohol will evaporate, and this meal is ready for young people to consume. As an alternative, you could also use some cream. This will make the sauce milder and brighter in colour. However, if you want the sauce a little hotter, add some chilli or pepper.
