Salmon Lasagna with Spinach

Ingredients:
  • 32 sheets of lasagne without precooking
  • 800g grated cheese
  • 4 packs TK spinach
  • 1.2kg frozen salmon
  • 1-litre milk
  • 4 pot of cream
  • Flour
  • Margarine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion
  • Salt

Preparation:

First, thaw the spinach in a little bit of warm water and sour crème. Make sure the pot is large enough. Add as much liquid until you get a liquid sauce, then, season it with salt and pepper. Melt sufficient margarine for the sauce and stir in the flour. Fry it briefly. Heat the milk and deglaze the flour. With water and cream create enough sauce. Stir constantly so the sauce stays smooth. Season with plenty of tomato paste, salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt. Thaw the salmon and cut into cubes. Next, layer it all in a casserole. Start with the sauce, then the sheets of lasagne, continue with spinach and lasagne sheets again. The comes sauce again, salmon, lasagne sheets, the rest of the sauce and top it up with grated cheese. Finally, cook at 180 to 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
