Pizza with three kinds of flooring

Category: Lunch
Difficulty/Costs: normal/moderate
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 600 g flour
  • 2 bags of dry yeast
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic granules
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 8 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning
  • 3 peppers (best use red, green, yellow paprikas)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 2 small cans of corn
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 400 g Salami
  • 400 g cooked ham
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 400 g grated cheese

Preparation:

Put the flour in a large bowl to prevent lumps. Add the yeast, salt, garlic granules, oil and water and knead with the hand mixer. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise 30 minutes. Clean and peel the onions and peppers - cut into small pieces. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Also, dice the salami and hams. Strain the mushrooms and corn. Divide the dough in half and roll out on two sufficiently large sheets. Prick with a fork several times. Mix the ketchup with pizza seasoning and spread it on the dough. Now put the topping randomly on the pizza. Alternatively, you could create four different tastes on one pizza. One-quarter each. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes
