Paprika Cream Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 6 peppers (Mix)
  • 12 chicken breast
  • 3 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 dried chillies
  • 3 cup sour cream
  • 3 cup cream
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 375ml instant vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 3 tsp hot paprika
  • 300g grated cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika mix for meat

Preparation:

Wash the chicken and pat dry. Remove bones, fat and blood vessels. Season with salt and pepper seasoning and place in a baking dish. Wash the peppers and remove seeds; cut into strips and sprinkle over the chicken breasts. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Sauté in a frying pan until golden brown. Peel and crush the garlic with it. Last, add the small cut chillies. Add paprika and tomato paste to the pan. Deglaze and cook with the broth. Add cream and sour cream to it and bring to the boil. When finished, pour it all over the fillets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
