Potato Mince with feta cheese

Ingredients:
  • 1,500 g potatoes
  • 1.200 g minced meat
  • 600 g feta cheese
  • 4 large onions
  • Oil
  • 3 cups sweet cream
  • 3 cup sour cream with herbs
  • 6 eggs
  • Garlic to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Fondor (spice mixture)

Preparation:

Best you decide for boiled potatoes. Wash and boil them. When done, pour cold water over the potatoes the peel and slice them. Put them into a bowl for further usage. Pour it all over the casserole and baked at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
