Roast potatoes with schnitzel

Ingredients:
  • 2kg potatoes
  • 80g margarine
  • 4 medium onions
  • 80g diced ham
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1.2kg thin pork cutlet
  • 80g fat
  • 480g creme fraiche
  • 8 tablespoons milk
  • 240g grated Gouda
  • 8 tbsp. chives
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • Paprika

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 225 °. Wash the potatoes and cook. When done decant with cold water, then peel. Set aside and cut into slices when cooled down. Put the potatoes with the margarine in a frying pan and fry until light brown. Add the onions and dice the ham. Fry until brown. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, then put the potatoes in a baking dish. In a pan heat up fat and fry the schnitzels until crispy. Fry on smaller heat, add salt and pepper and put on the potatoes. Mix Crème fraiche with milk, then stir in the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, the add the finely cut parsley and chopped chives. Pour it all the schnitzel and potatoes and bake 10 minutes in preheated oven.
