Spicy tortellini casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1.500g tortellini with ricotta filling
  • 24 tomatoes
  • 4 canned tomato paste
  • 450g green olives
  • 4 balls mozzarella (800g)
  • 6 medium onions
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 600ml water
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Chili powder

Preparation:

Peel and seed the tomatoes, cut the flesh into cubes. You can also buy diced tomatoes Peel the onions and garlic cloves and dice as well. Put a pot on the stove and heat up some olive oil.
