Raiders Meatloaf

Ingredients:
  • 300g young gouda
  • 3 rolls from the previous day
  • 6 onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 red peppers
  • 500g mushrooms
  • 7 tablespoons oil
  • 1.5 kg mixed minced
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili sharp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500g streaky bacon

Preparation:

Soak the rolls in water, then cut the cheese into cubes. Peel the onions and garlic and cut them into cubes as well. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into quarters. Also, remove the white skin and cut into nice cubes. Drain the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onions with the garlic until soft. Add peppers and cook also. Slowly stir in the cheese and mushrooms. Squeeze the bread and mix with the mince. Next, add the onion and pepper and stir. To bind the mass, use the eggs. Cut the bacon into slices, shapes minced into small dumplings and roll it into a slice of bacon. Use a kitchen string to keep the bacon in place. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake at 180 °for about 75 minutes.
