Sliced mushrooms

Category: Lunch
Sub-Category: Meat dishes
Difficulty/Costs: normal/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg lean pork cutlet
  • 600g mushrooms
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1kg noodles or pasta of your choice
  • Salt ground pepper
  • Oil
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 400 ml dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 2 bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Tomatoes

Preparation:

First, wash the pork cutlets and pad dry with a paper towel. Then cut them into strips. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Get the mushrooms out of the can and drain the juice. If you use fresh mushrooms, clean them and cut into slices. In a large frying pan, heat about 9 tablespoons oil and fry the cutlets strips until brown. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and the tomatoes. Fry lightly. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and season with salt and pepper. While the meat boils, put on the water for the pasta and cook following the instructions on the package. Melt the butter in a pan and add the parsley. Then add the pasta and stir well. Add the cream to it and thicken with the flour if needed.
