Tasty shashlik

Ingredients:
  • 7-pounds pork goulash
  • 600g smoked bacon
  • Oil
  • Paprika
  • 6 onions
  • 1 large can of tomato paste
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 litre ketchup
  • 1 bottle of barbeque sauce
  • sugar
  • Granulated Bouillon
  • 6 red peppers
  • Sauce binder
  • Salt

Preparation:

Rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry. Peel the onions and cut into six pieces each. Cut the bacon into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into bite-size pieces. Soak spits for a while. Alternately stuck the peppers, onions, bacon and meat on the spits. Mix oil and spices. Then brush it on the skewers and put into the refrigerator for 24 hours. In a sufficiently large pot, heat the oil and fry the skewers on each side until crisp. Remove skewers and roast tomato paste. Add the balsamic. Add ketchup to the sauce and season to taste. If needed add some sugar. Put the skewers in the hot sauce and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Turn the spits regularly. Serve with fries and green salad.
