Pumpkin soup Asian Art

Ingredients:
  • 12 large onions
  • Approximately 4-kilo pumpkin
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 120g ginger
  • 12 TL lime juice
  • chopped parsley 10-12 EL
  • 6 l broth
  • 6 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 12 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Drinks. Chilli, pepper, salt

Preparation:

Begin by heating up some olive oil in a pan. Add the cut onions and fry.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into half. With a spoon remove the seeds and core, then put it to the onions and fry with them.

Now peel the ginger, chop it and add it with the crushed garlic to the pot. Next, add the broth to the pot and boil it all for 20 minutes. As soon as the pumpkin is soft, you can mash it.

Now season the soup with dried chilli, pepper and salt and lime juice. Roast some sesame seeds and sprinkle with chopped parsley over the soup and serve.
