Sesame Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 kg broccoli
  • 4 l vegetable
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 5 slices of wholemeal rye bread
  • 10 tsp sesame
  • 20 potatoes
  • Juice of 10 lemons
  • 10 TL soy cream
  • 10 EL oatmeal pithy
  • Pepper salt

Preparation:

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sesame seeds. Dice the bread and add to the sesame seeds.

Cut the tomatoes and broccoli into cubes. Put it into the broth, add some lemon juice and cook until tender. Then add oatmeal to the broth. Cook until everything is soft, then mash and season with salt and pepper.

Now cut the salmon into small slices and put in the soup, then add the soy cream. This soup is best served with sesame. Make sure it is rich and fresh.
