Spinach lasagne

Category: Lunch
Sub-Category: Vegetarian
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 3 pts. TK-spinach
  • 3 pts. Leaf Spinach
  • Lasagne sheets (not pre-cooked)
  • 1.2 litres of milk
  • 3 pts. Blue Cheese
  • 3 pt. Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Grated cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Sauce binder

Preparation:

Begin by warming up the milk with the cream cheese and blue cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted. If the milk is not thick enough, you can thicken it with cornflour. Then season with nutmeg and put aside. Put the spinach and cream into a large pot and season with salt and pepper. Put it all layered into a baking dish. Start and finish with the spinach. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Maybe you would like mozzarella cheese as well. Bake the lasagne at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes. If you like it particular cheesy, you can add parmesan as well. A green salad goes very well with the spinach lasagne.
